This is a fabulous condominium development near downtown Delafield. The concept is simple but the execution is awesome. They are single family, detached condos (not attached to another home). There are almost 15 acres of land and only 20 condos. Another interesting twist is there are 20 different looks to the house as it is presented to the street. No longer will you have to figure out which condo is yours, you will recognize it because of the uniqueness.
These homes are designed and built by Kings Way Homes, a builder of fine homes for over 30 years. The detail is exemplary as is the finish work. Both the condo design, and interior decorating, by Pegasus, have won awards from Milwaukee Home Fine Living magazine.
The base home, 2,632 sq ft, is 2 bedroom with a den, 2 and 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. The customer will have the ability to add a loft and or a finished lower level and other custom features. Below are a few photos to tease you. Come and visit us, open Sat. and Sun. 12 to 4, or click here to see the rest of the photos.

More on The Sanctuary and the Delafield area later.

This diversified shopping area is located just a short jaunt from The
Preserve at Chapel Hill development. It is on the southwest corner of Brookfield Rd. and Capitol Dr. The anchor store is a Sendik’s, this fine grocery store is so very well know that all you need to say is Sendik’s and everybody knows what you mean.
There are many other stores, services, restaurants located here. You can do everything from mail a package, The UPS store, have your morning coffee, Four Seasons Coffee, get you morning exercise in with Yoga and Pilates, the YogAsylum. Open a checking account, Harris Bank, add some humor to your life, Giggles Comedy Pub. Get dressed up for the event,
Bruce Paul Goodman, for the woman in your life and Suiters Distinctive Clothiers, who raised the “fashion” bar for fine men’s clothing.
There are over 30 stores and services at this location and it is just a short distance form The Preserve at Chapel Hill where you can build your home of distinction. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to build a home with an exposed lower level where there would be a conservancy wetland out your back door!

Love your single family home, but could do without the outside maintenance chores? Then consider the Preserve at Chapel Hill, single family home ownership in a condominium setting. This is a unique development on a private road off of Brookfield Rd. in the City of Brookfield. It is a peninsula extending out into a wetland encompassing 28 acres of land which includes 14 acres of wet land and 14 acres of a developed area with only 21 home sites. To the west is also 200+ acres of wetland and part of the Great Blue Heron Rookery.
“The art of living extraordinary means never taking a single moment for granted. Time, like art and music, is a precious commodity. Surrounding yourself with timeless beauty is “time well-spent”.” The mission of the builder.
Homes by Chapel Hill, the custom home division of Kingsway Homes, will be the builder of record. In the development you will own you home and the land it occupies. The condominium lifestyle portion will include the maintenance of the site including snow removal, mowing and watering of the lawn area and the upkeep of the landscaping plantings. This is to give you peace of mind when you choose to travel and relax knowing your property will be cared for in your absence.
Currently there are three executive homes for your viewing. The architectural style will be County French as will be all of the homes in this development. The Auray, presented in the quintessential more formal Country French style with three bedrooms and three and two half baths. There is a gracious master suite and an adjacent cherry paneled library. The Cherbourg, under construction, with its quarter sawn oak flooring and beams will have a more country flair. The Calais, a ranch, is very open, friendly and bright, and shows great expression when you enter the foyer. The finished fully exposed lower level will be a place to entertain friends and family.
